Avoid using Smartphone too much! What? You must be thinking what the hell am I talking about! Right?
But wait, before coming to a judgement at first please have a read this article to know why am I talking this (avoid using Smartphone too much) suddenly.
If you haven’t missed anything then you must have noticed, there I have written a specific thing at the end of the title, “after work”.
So it’s for signifying a specific circumstances where I am suggesting you to avoid using Smartphone a bit for your own benefits.
But the question remains same that why you should avoid using smartphone too much after returning back to your home from work. Why is it so necessary or is it at all necessary?
Yes It’s. Because after a whole day when you come back home at night your family members expect many things from you & to run a family in a standard way there are lots of other responsibilities too.
So you can’t hide behind the smartphone from what you are responsible for.
Today this article of mine is devoted to all those reasons for which I think you should avoid using Smartphone as much as you can after work when you go back to your home.
#1. Your family members need you
As I mentioned earlier, after a whole day at office when you return back to your home, your family members need you.
Then instead of spending some quality time with them if you again get busy with your smartphone in other works then how can it be justified?
So after work try to avoid using smartphone to some extent at least when you are in your home with all your family members.
#2. You also feel panic at home
When you will constantly check your mails & other official status/ messages on your smartphone even when you are not in office then pressure will automatically come.
And it will create a bad impact on your family too.
Like, you will never be able to concentrate on a certain thing, you will show anger unnecessarily on your family members due to extreme pressure etc. which is not at all expected.
Why would you show your frustration related to work/ work place on your near ones? Never do it.
If you can’t avoid using smartphone after work then this situation will surely come.
#3. Your eyes need a bit relief too
All day long you are working in front of your PC/ Laptop & constantly using your Smartphone, Tablet etc.
Now after coming back home also if you can’t leave this habit of using Smartphone/ Tablet constantly, your eyes will get stressed out too much.
Beside doing your work you also have to look after your health.
As you are working all day long with computer & other gadgets so give some relaxation to your eyes after work. It’s required.
#4. You will get isolated from your family members
If you constantly avoid your family members then it’s bound to happen.
Because most of the time in a day you are in the office with other associates.
At the evening/ night when you are going back to home then also if you are not giving attention to your close ones, they will get disheartened & it will create bad impact on the relation.
So if you can’t avoid using smartphone at your home also then it will make you isolated from your family.
#5. It can create bad effect on your health
Like your Eyes it can also create bad effect on your overall health. How?
As you are immersed in different gadgets for long hours, so Headache, Back Pain & many other symptoms can arise.
So gadget addiction can be destructive for your health.
So take care of your health first, after that everything else. Because without a healthy body & mind you will never be able to give your best.
#6. You can’t ignore the responsibilities towards your family
As a family person you can’t deny this crucial responsibility and as you are working in office that doesn’t mean you will never do anything at home.
There are lots of things which are required to run a family from grocery shopping to take your child to the school. You can’t deny any of these necessities.
So after coming back to your home at night instead of talking with your parents or wife or child if you still get busy on your Smartphone then no one will tolerate this.
Try to maintain these responsibilities towards your family first.
#7. It can also disturb your slipping habit
If you can’t avoid using Smartphone anytime then it can create a negative impact on your sleeping habit too.
If it happens then your health will also get disturbed due to this.
#8. It can also hamper the starting of a day
If the starting of a day is not good then that entire day becomes messy. It affects your personal & professional life both.
You will become restless & start shouting for every small small reasons at your home. In your office too you will not be able to concentrate on any job, you will feel tired.
So both part of your life will get affected due to this.
#9. Your productivity in office can also get hampered
When you will not be able to concentrate on a certain thing out of tiredness then your productivity will definitely get hampered.
You will miss the deliver schedule, dead lines, relation with superiors will also deteriorate & you will always feel lost to some extent, which is not at all expected.
#10. You can lose work life balance totally
At the end, due to all these your work life balance can be totally get disturbed.
