Are you constantly checking official emails at home also, after coming back?
If you also possess this habit of frequently checking official emails at home, then relax, calm down and put it away, otherwise you will gradually lose the peace of your mind.
I am telling this for some reason, because if you can’t control it or stop worrying about it, then it will gradually impact on your productivity and health.
Because many of us become so much bound to the work of office that many times due to pressure we can’t keep it aside. Even in home also we tend to check emails of official purposes.
It’s not because you like it very much but as I told that sometimes pressure takes our brain to such a state where we always feel a certain thing. Constantly or frequently checking official emails at home is the reflection of that change/ feel.
Sometimes we don’t give it so much importance and we think that as the pressure is quite high now, that’s why I am doing this and when this phase will be over, all will be normal.
If you are thinking this then I must tell that you are thinking the same thing what rest of the 99% people have thought already who have fall into this habit.
Because gradually it will become a steady habit of yours and due to this you will gradually lose other important things of life outside your work, which actually fulfills you, defines you.

It makes you over-exhausted
In office we naturally stay in tremendous pressure due to delivery, tight schedule, hard to achieve deadline etc.
But after a complete work day when we come back home, it’s for some mental relaxation and gaining energy to again go back to the job on the next day.
Relaxation means spending time with family, go out for a dinner, meet with some friends for hangout or spending some quality time with your hobby, which you like to do most.
Specifically through all this we try to vent out all the thoughts and worries related to our professional life. That’s the way to handle or cope up with this day-to-day pressure.
But after returning from office, if you constantly check your official emails and think about work which you supposed to leave at office when you left for today then that becomes a matter of concern.
Because you are already exhausted when you came back and in home also rather than doing other stuff which will make you relaxed, if you frequently check the emails then in this way your thoughts of the office will never let you relax and ultimately it will make you over-exhausted.
Pressure gradually took over all of you
Yes if you can’t handle it (change your habit) strictly then it will take over all of your existence.
And there is only way to do it is through creating a barrier between your personal & professional life with your strong thought and determination.
Leave all the tension, worry at office before entering your personal space at the end of the day.
So when you return back to home, just forget about everything related to your office. I know it’s tough but you need to do it for the sake of your and your families goodness.
You stop thinking other things apart from your job
If you can’t control this habit then one more serious problem may occur, which is gradually you will stop thinking about your family or loved ones.
Why? Because all the time you are thinking about job, delivery, dead line, what boss will say etc.
So these junks are full of your head for all the time and you are not even taking any initiative to make those out. Then where are any space left for your loved ones.

The family bonding starts to loosen up
As I mentioned in my previous point, when you are not giving attention to anyone apart from your job then it’s bound to happen.
You are a family person but you are not taking care of your family, you don’t have the time to spend with your family, you are not even there completely to share the joy and sorrow with your family, if this is the situation then how can you expect that it will not happen.
This tirelessness makes one sick day by day
Now comes to the physical part because it’s directly related with your mind.
If the health of your mind gradually deteriorates the body will also become weak someday.
So try to keep your mind healthy and fresh.
At last you will lose complete focus from the job
And at the end of all these, you know what will happen?
You will ultimately lose your complete focus and interest from your job because to continue anything you need some sought of refreshment or relaxation.
Otherwise, sometimes most favorite activity of yours seems monotonous and you lose interest.
