So at first, think about its purpose then according to that set the target. Because if you don’t have a clear target, you will never be able to measure the conversion/ success ratio.
To get it you need a benchmark that’s why setting target is so much important!
#2. Conceptualize multiple CTAs
Based on your target & plan, conceptualize 3 to 4 sample concepts for a specific target.
It will help you to understand which concept will be more effective. Without this testing you will never get any idea!
So always keep some open space to play around & to compare between several outcomes it’s important.
#3. Testing is crucial
As i have mentioned already that testing is a vital component for this type of activities. Because without thorough A/B
Because without thorough testing (A/B testing) how will you be able to identify which concept is performing better?
Lots of factors are involved there like position (in which position the CTA is being shown), Timings (on which time/ moment the CTA is coming into display), Frequency (the exact frequency of showing it & which is giving better result), Design (Visually which CTA is attracting more viewers & converting them) & many more.
These factors are really essential to make a decision which Call to Action will finally be used on your site.
#4. After making it live don’t stop
Your job doesn’t end here. After deploying the CTA start tracking it & collect the feedback from viewers. Based on that take necessary actions if required.
Otherwise, performance will never improve, it’s a continuous process.
So, have you understood now why I was telling there need a creative push to make your Website CTAs more effective? What do you think?
